1What a donation is
Some gigs take donations to help cover what it costs to put them on. A donation is a voluntary gift to Atmos Media for that gig.
It is not a ticket. It does not get you into an event, and does not buy you anything in return.
2Paying
- All amounts are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
- You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or card
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number
- Your donation is complete once the payment succeeds
3Receipts
If you give us an email address, or your wallet supplies one, Stripe emails you a receipt for your donation.
4Refunds
Donations are not refundable. If you were charged by mistake, or charged the wrong amount, contact us and we'll put it right.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
5Your information
We keep a record of your donation, and your name and email if they were given. How we handle that is set out in our privacy policy.
